Flat Fees - No Hidden Costs
Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent for our owners. We charge our management commission to manage your property. Other agencies, small and large, might tempt you with a lower fee, but you pay for it in the hidden charges. Other agencies charge administration fees to hold a property (what’s the management commission for right?) they charge renewal fees for every time a lease is renewed (sometimes 2 weeks rent for a couple of emails), or fees to go to NTCAT. We don’t see these things as extra charges; this is just managing a lease.
What we do charge is a flat 12% fee for management. This covers the everyday management. We do charge a letting fee for new leases, and we do charge for marketing as these are set-up expenses.
For sales, our commission is a flat 2.2% fee plus whatever the marketing costs are.

Bigger agencies work on huge portfolios. This puts you in a queue. Your investment is one of the most important financial concerns in your life. Being customer number 223 in a franchise portfolio isn’t going to get you the care that you deserve.
