From my experience, there will be a lot of repair and maintenance needed. er. Fill your water bottles and containers. You want about 3 days’ worth of water per person. About 10L per person
The winds and rains have already picked up, that is only going to intensify. Things are going to happen.

000 – Life-threatening emergencies
Police (non-emergency) 131 444
SES (roof damage, flooding, fallen trees) 132 500
Things like damaged exterior fans, damaged pool equipment ect will be actioned once all urgent matters have been addressed but we still ask that you email them through to us as soon as possible. so send a text message to the property manager as a follow-up.. Include the property address.
Once the cyclone has passed and winds have died down, please make sure to email all repairs through to your property manager as soon as possible. Please also include photos of all damages and include as much details as possible. Please also remember to include the property address.
This will be a very busy time for Property Managers and contractors so please be patient as we work through the most urgent matters first. If your matter is urgent, we ask that you please also send a text message to the property manager as a follow up.
Urgent repairs include:
1. anything that may impact your health and safety – damaged pool gates, smashed windows
2. anything that won’t allow you the ability to secure your home – tree through the roof
3. Anything that allows water into the home – broken water pipes
